Prenatal
Our prenatal focus is on providing support for expectant mothers, addressing physical discomfort, promoting relaxation, and preparing them for the birthing process.
Perinatal
During the perinatal period, our focus is on supporting women through the transition to motherhood, addressing emotional well-being, bonding with the baby, and adapting to new routines including guidance with feeding baby.
Postpartum
Our services aim to promote physical and emotional recovery for new mothers, addressing challenges such as fatigue, postpartum depression, and adapting to the demands of motherhood.

Follow up visit: $175

Grace Le
I am a mom of two and it wasn't until I had my own kids that I started to see how occupational therapy could be such a benefit to moms. I truly believe that this time in a woman's life is an space that OTs can really come alongside and provide skilled support.
